Types of Motivational Engagements

First, we need to get together. 

Purpose?  For me to find out what you want a motivational speaker to accomplish for your organization.  What goals do you have that you'd like my help in accomplishing?

Second, I need to come back to you with some ideas as to what I'd say to your group.  And the kinds of exercises that I'd ask them to participate in.  Given your organizational culture, our goal is to determine what will work in your group - and what won't work.

It's only with this kind of back-and-forth planning that my time with your group is going to be effective.
