I cheer people on.

I energize and empower them.

I present stimulating, and challenging, workshops.

I help lay people discover their own gifts for ministry, in or out of religious settings.

I motivate people to tell - and own - their stories.

I create retreats for people.  I help organizations meet their goals.

I help individual people be all they can be.

I challenge this country to be all it can be.

As for me, I get IMMENSE ("I can't BEGIN to tell you...") satisfaction out of doing this kind of work.
